However I agree with your point Beryl. Among other lists to which I subscribe is the Derbysgen one, which opens with this message: When replying change the subject line to that of the individual message which you are responding to. Be specific! Put SURNAMES, PLACENAMES in the subject line, and NOT "Help needed" "1841 Census" or "New member". CAPITALISE surnames in the text. Replying?
