Trish, that is fantastic, why on earth doesn't the state library produce them as single photos, surely it wouldn't cost all that much these days with digital cameras. Is there any way of finding out the first names of the people mentioned? There are at lease three people who were early settlers in the Teesdale area as well as Skene who was the surveyor.
