There's no sign of her remarrying in Victoria up to 1920, either as Plowman or Winstanley. There's an Ellen Annie PLOWMAN, said to be born in NSW, marrying Robert Samuel BYSOUTH in Vic in 1907. (Reg No 5). No sign of a death for Eliza under the various search words either. Do you have proof that they divorced? One of my ancestors took her second beau to SA and married him because she was still married to the first one.
