Hi Beth I can't help you with your James but when I was at the HAMILTON Family History Center last year there was a gentleman there doing a lot of work on BEEAC so they may be able to help you, they also have all the COLAC newspapers. My grandfather died in BEEAC and I was able to find all about him there. Very, very helpful staff. Lynne SA
