G'day List Does anyone have a connection with any of these names in Charlton after 1877? John Yates, born 1851, Glenelg River, Vic., and his wife Agnes McKenzie, born Fife, Scotland, 1851, had the West Charlton Hotel (Teddywaddy) in 1878. John disappeared in 1880, and Agnes ran the pub till Joseph and then David Yates (brothers of John?) took over. Does anyone know of this hotel? It didn't seem to be in operation in 1900?
