Bear with me everyone as I learn the ups and downs of List Administration - and keep those messages coming. I am lucky to have nearly all of my ancestry centred around the Western District of Victoria, so I have a great passion for this area, especially the area around Merino, Casterton, Sandford, Coleraine and Hamilton, with very early Portland thrown in because that's where it all started, and Mortlake where I grew up. I find it very hard to concentrate just on my ancestors because I become fascinated with all the people who lived in these towns and on the surrounding properties. I'll give you a membership count in a couple of days, but in the meantime how about the lurkers introducing themselves and telling us what your names of interest are.
