    3. Dear Robert, I have, just today, bought a large hardcover book called "The House That Wool Built" and enjoyed a stroll down memory lane. It has great sketches on each right hand page and a full page story on the left page. It speaks about those pioneering names you have mentioned, which are also in diaries of my families from that time. A story on the Chirnsides and a another on Carranballac, that you named are included. If I can pass something on I am happy to. The book expounds on 32 properties across Victoria. However, I am wondering if you are related to the McKenzie family who were on Woolongoon. Anthony McKenzie occupied this property in mid 1800's. Other links were to the Weatherley family & Jemima Robertson... Great stories if you are the same family For now ...Sincerely in Searching..Thelma (Bostock) Birrell BOSTOCK Links http://www.ozemail.com.au/~mrbirrell/ BIRRELL Story www.electricscotland.com/webclans/atoc/birrell2.html CROSS Stitch http://mrbirrell.freeyellow.com/ >G'day List >My McKENZIEs were at Mount William Station after 1853 and at Carranballac >(near Skipton) after 1854 till 1875.
