Hello Kay, In the 1888/1889 Pastoral & Agricultural Directory of Victoria under "Stations" "Narub Narub" was owned/managed by Walter Simmons and address given as Chatsworth which is on the Hopkins River, east of Hamilton in Western Victoria. It was not listed as one of the original squatting stations in "Victorian Squatters" by Spreadborough and Anderson, so it seems was set up by purchase, not as a licence.
