Stlen from the Beechworth Racecourse on the night of the 23rd February a large bell, weighing about 1 cwt., the property of the stewards 7/3/1866 Now I am hoping someone has the history of this racecourse or the Baarmutha Park top end of Victoria Road, in Havelock Road. Hiram Crawford, was trustee of the grounds and I would like to find out the timeframe he was involved in this. regards Denise
