Russum Town Clerk - William Henry Charles Darvall, solicitor Collector - William Morton Surveyor - Thomas Dalziel Inspector of Nuisances - Police Sergeant R. Timmins Roadsman and Curator of Public Garden - John Rutherford Dog Officer and Revenue officer - John Phelan Town Hall Keeper - William Morton Valve Keeper at the Beechworth Waterworks - Alex McPherson.
