I have received notification of a Kimbell/Kimball family reunion to be held in Cooma in November. I know it will be of interest to some people in the local region. The earliest Kimball in Australia from this family was Erasmus Darwin Kimball. He married Mary Reynolds in Cooma in 1865. Their children (all born in Cooma area) are Charles born 1866 who married Eliza Jane Burke Andrew born 1868 who married Agnes Mary Schofield Catherine born 1869 who married John Thomas Farley from Yackandandah. (Their children all born in Albury Wodonga area. Associated surnames include Jackson, Chant, Bouteris, Delahunty to name a few) Mary born 1871 married William Robert Rowson Francis born 1873 John born 1875 Erasmus born 1877 married Catherine Corey.
