A.F. Graham ThomasA. Graham This would be Ann Graham , John Graham's wife and Thomas his brother also brother to George who stayed on in Wooragee when John and Ann went to Netherby vineyards in Wahgunyah. Are you interested in this family. Did I send you anything about them. My James Tinning who married Mary Jane Thornton worked for them in Wahgunyah and perhaps Wooragee before he married. I am interested indeed, and no I have nothing on them except that John and Ann were residents in Wooragee circa 1859. Appreciate anything you can share - of course I shall acknowledge the great-grandchild/ggggg/grandchild??? I shall dig out the rates again and find to what they refer Anne and get back to you with them. The rates may of course give you more clues. many thanks Denise ----- Original Message ----- From: "Anne Hollingshead" <hollies@melbpc.org.au> To: <AUS-VIC-NE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, February 14, 2002 2:09 PM Subject: Re: [AVNE] Cleaning up the cupboard > A.F. Anne - A.F. Grhaam - 2889/1890 was rated #598 in FordSt Beechworth had purchased Richard Taylor's premises in Ford St. Allotment 7 Section 2. Richard was merchant, store, premises and land. This Richard T had owned the home, Baarmutha, which my gg HIram Crawford had just sold a year or two earlier and my "source" suggests that perhaps Taylor was in some financial trouble, and hence his selling up his properties. Thomas A Graham was Manager of Bank of Victoria in Beechworth. Denise > A.F. Graham > ThomasA. Graham > >
