Hello all Does anyone on the list have any information on Mrs Urquhart, who owned Cudgewa Station. I recently discovered she raised Caroline Buttcher (a rellie) from a young age (Caroline's mother died in Rutherglen in 1861 - she had two brothers, and I don't know if they stayed with their father or someone else). Caroline, or Ellen, as she came to be called, eventually married Billy Lowden, who was a well-known horse man in the area. I'm also interested in any information on the Lowdens and Tyrells.
