I looked thru several archives whilst in the Burke Museum and as I wade thru my scribbled notes I will post from time to time what they had. I asked to see the Hotel LIcense applications. The earliest the B M has is 1874. The best way to look up who had what is thru the rates books for early dates. Hope this helps those who need info in the future. Denise
