    3. I've learned of a place called Red Hill which was near B/worth somewhere This was around the early 1900's. Does anyone know of this place and where it is/was? Thanks Denise

    3. Denise, The gazetter of Victoria lists Red Hill as being in County Bogong. The information about County Bogong is as follows; Regards, Terry BOGONG,COUNTY BOGONG is a county in the N.E part of the colony, bounded on the N. by the Murray river, on the S. by the Ovens range (which seperates it from Gipps Land), on the E. by the Mitta-Mitta river, and on the W. by the Ovens river. The principal townships are - Beechworth, Stanley, Yackandandah, Gooramadda, Wahgunyah, Rutherglen, Barnawartha, Durham, Chiltern, Eldorado, Tarrawingee, Wodonga, Bruarong, Myrtleford, Porepunkah, Hillsborough, and Omeo.
