    3. Hi Janet, Strachan & Bowles, Undertakers, Belmore St., Yarrawonga. They were in business in 1891 so I assume it would be the same firm in 1901. BTW What is the name of your relative who drowned? I remember a similar story from my file but can't remember the name of the individual to check it out. Best wishes, Wendy in Sydney Also, in deciphering the hand-written Inquest report for a member of the family who drowned in the Murray River by misadventure, we are having trouble with the name of the Undertaker, or rather the firm. We have Mr ST ? Bowles (March, ? and Bowles). The deceased drowned August 1901 at Yarrawonga and we wondered if somebody may be able to help with the name of the firm of Undertakers at that time. 3. Hi, My G Grandfather "Black" Angus McColl drowned up in Yarrawonga in 1909, so did his cousin "Red" Angus McColl, same year, same town. Caused major confusion for family research until we got them sorted. Is this the same person that drowned? Sorry I must have missed that post. Regards Jo
