Hi everyone. One of our American subjects wasn't exactly the cream of Yackandandah society it seems. Not only was he perhaps a bigamist, or constantly unfaithful, he had illegitimate children, and he certainly was in jail twice. He made claims about various things but I now have information which throws doubt on these claims. Guess this is what comes of being born to a Judge! Has anyone ever been to the male prisoner lists at PROV online and can give me advice as to what exactly the dates represent. In his divorce papers, his wife tells that he was set free on such and such a date, however the online Index shows a different date to her statement. I need some advice if anyone can, on what those dates do represent. Chris and I will then attempt to find the court cases in the newspapers if we can narrow down the dates. This guy was a horror.
