Hi to all. My grandfather Frederic Rupert PALLOT a.k.a. PALMER was born in 1894 near Mulwala, NSW, as the illegitimate son of Ada Jane PALLOT and unknown father (according to his birth certificate). My recent research has shown that Fred PALMER was operating the "Garden Cafe" in Yarrawonga, Vic., in 1925-1926.
