Hi Lesley, I saw your recent email re the John MILNE for whom Judy was looking, however, he is not the one buried in Beechworth cemetery. He was the son of Edward and Ellen Milne from Myrtleford. My maiden name was MILNE so I would be very interested to hear where your mother's family fits in, if she does... There were at least three different MILNE families in the N/E in the early days. I am searching for a John MILNE who disappeared (probably died) somewhere between 1850 and 1874 - if she can be of any help it would be fantastic. Cheers, Wendy
