A Thomas MULLINS was charged with stealing a saddle and bridle, value 20 shillings and with stealing a horse in November 1861. He appeared in the Mansfield Petty Sessions on 16 November 1861 and the case was dismissed. My question is, is anyone familiar with this name and I am sorry I cannot be more definitive.
