    3. I've just subscribed to this particular mailing list as I found a mention of Minnie Hennessey. She might be the same Minnie Hennessey who was my g-g-grandmother. My Minnie had at least one child, Patrick Percy Hennessey, born in 1875 in Beechworth and his twin Ernest. The father was William Geddes, chemist, but I don't think Minnie and William ever married. Minnie was actually Mary and was born in Co.Cork Ireland. Later Minnie & William had another child out of wedlock - Josephine born 1879. Patrick Percy later came to NSW and married Ada Emily Wright. Would be very interested to have more information about Minnie as I know very little about her. Thanks!     3. Amanda, I'm not sure what the name Minnie is short for but the Burke Museum at Beechworth holds information on a Margaret Hennessy.
