I'm not a descendant, however I think you'll find that the references to "Hougla" actually refer to Thougla, near Corryong. Adelaide Maude Kate COLLINS married 1908 at Berringamah to Joseph James "Phillip" KLIPPEL. Lorna Beatrice COLLINS married Conrad Albert KLIPPEL.on 19/9/1931. Enjoy!
