Hello Eliz Hyem, is just on the Wangaratta side of King Valley township, all that remains is the Railway sign and the cemetery (also known as the Whitfield Cemetery) a short drive from there and you come to Edi. The cemetery is still in use I believe. So I am now looking for the death and burial of Kate Harding Bone, whose husband James Furnell died 1909 in Whitfield. Wonder if she is with him? The last child was born in 1875 in Geelong, so I have 35 years to account for Elizabeth . >i > > > >>>Elizabeth, >>> >>>Now it is making sense - I know Edi and Upper Edi very well - it is God's >>>own country in fact.
