I found some of my uncle's notes further to my last email. Lower Buckland school was before Dumphey creek and the cemetery.(ie between the bridge and the cemetery) The upper Buckland school was below the junction of the right and left branches of the Buckland River. I haven't found a reference to Lower flat but there was a Loudens Flat just below Clear creek (above the junction, left hand branch) The Joss House was moved in about 1907. Ian
