http://www.openwindows.com/marriage/search.htm from GENANZ list - for those who had relations vanish into W.A. reverse marriage look ups. Denise
Hi Denise, That is an interesting site. I have searched everywhere for a great aunt who I know was in Perth in 1921, to no avail. She was Johanna Tallent and on this site I have found a Josephine Tallent who married in 1915. Johanna was born in Ireland about 1856/7 I suppose I could do a death look up and maybe that would tell me. Do you know of a web site for deaths in Perth? Thanks Denise, for all your wonderful work, Regards, Bev -----Original Message----- From: Denise [mailto:denisem@powerup.com.au] Sent: Saturday, 4 September 2004 9:16 AM To: AUS-VIC-HIGH-COUNTRY-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [HC] Western Aust - marriages http://www.openwindows.com/marriage/search.htm from GENANZ list - for those who had relations vanish into W.A. reverse marriage look ups. Bev. I hope you have found your missing lady. I don't know much at all about WA research but one done I shall venture down that line, so am interested in looking into things I find. I don't know of any death look ups for WA but joining the Chat DPA for WA may help you - via rootsweb. It seems quite an active list. In my spare time (whatever this is) I am working on the UK cenus team. and thought I should pass this message on from our forum ----------------------------------------------- Dear All, My workplace has just annouced that they are going to pull a particular model of microfiche reader out of service. This was due to an incident of electric shock. The model is the Canon 300L universal microfiche reader. As they are quitting all 300L's the problem appears to be inherent in all. If you have one of these machines, I suggest that you get it checked over by a reliable electrician. regards gabrielle Argyllshire Coordinator --------------------------------------------------- Regards Kerry ----- Original Message ----- From: "Denise" <denisem@powerup.com.au> To: <AUS-VIC-HIGH-COUNTRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, September 04, 2004 9:16 AM Subject: [HC] Western Aust - marriages http://www.openwindows.com/marriage/search.htm from GENANZ list - for those who had relations vanish into W.A. reverse marriage look ups.
