    3. Hey Mary, Have you retired from work??? (gg) Good to see you around. I may find some yes, but not tonight I will be in bed early. We have been searching for old hotels, like in foundations, old gardens etc. Bit of a walk around the old town of Elphinstone. One lovely chap we spoke to took us into his "1850" house in which he still lives. Never seen him before, what a find. Bye now and thanks as always, Bev -----Original Message----- From: MM [mailto:elthamlax@techinfo.com.au] Sent: Monday, 13 September 2004 11:26 AM To: AUS-VIC-HIGH-COUNTRY-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [HC] WEB SITES Dear Denise and All, Did you also know that you can search several census' and bdm's as well? 3. Hello Bev, No I have not given up work unfortunately, keep on thinking lotto will do that for me. Glad you enjoyed your day at Elphinstone and hope it was a profitable one for you. This web site is just a gem and if you have the time very worth while spending hours on it. I have printed off/saved countless pages from the census and other data bases and yesterday think I found something that may have 'smashed' down my biggest brick wall. Have ordered a certificate from England and am waiting for the result. If it is I have been a real dunce with my research, but will let you know. Bye for now, Mary p.s.
