Denise, Better hour today, back from being Dad's Taxi, call from oldest child (40) when I hung up earlier to get taken to the doctor. I do not know what the Canadians did about registration etc. If they had something like Lloyds; then a year of building, a location and the builders name may allow a search of the registers. Can't hurt to check out this line of reasoning.
