    3. Hi Denise, I know a few details about the whereabouts of the school - it was previously a hotel owned by Ellen Kennedy, but I do not have the detail you mention. (They must have changed their minds about the tender for a new building). I'd absolutely love the info, but only if you have time to type it up - otherwise I can look it up on my next visit to the State library. Ronda OMA November 28th 1867 top 4th column

You asked for it - if you work it out I'd love to know A site for common school purposes has been reserved at Hillsborough as under - 3 roods four perches unnamed county town of Hillsborough being allotments 8 and 9 of Section D Commencing at the north angle of allotment 9 being the point of intersection of the western side of Osborne street by the southern side of Stanley st; bounded thence by Osborne street, bearing S.0deg. 9 min W. three chains, eight-two links; thence by allotment 7, bearing west two chains ninety-four links; thence by allotment 6 bearing N 29 deg 23 min W one chian forty-three links; and thence by Stanley street aforesaid bearing N 60 deg 37 min E four chians seventeen links to the point of commencement.
