It never ceases to amaze me how the whole of this country can stop for a horse race. Yet a day that should mean something to all Australians, Anzac Day, or even Armistice Day is treated with fairly scant regard in comparison. It was quite bizarre to walk into the old bank building in Yack. on Sunday at 12.01PM and ask the gentleman behind the counter where I could obtain a copy of the Yack. Cemetery CD. He looked behind me at the gentleman who had just followed me in and said "Repeat your question". I turned and introduced myself to Peter Ross. A 250 mile journey via Gundowring North and Tallangatta and a desire to drop in and have a look at the wares for sale at the Yack. Hospital fete and our paths crossed at that precise time. It is nice to put a face to a name on e-mail, and good to meet you Peter. I don't have your address, I thought I did. If you could please let me know it at your leisure I can forward payment for the CD when it is ready. Peter L.
It was great to catch up, Peter! An amazing coincidence indeed. Postal addr is RMB 6351, Wodonga 3691. I have a CD all ready to send to you as soon as I have the label on. Should be right by the time your payment gets here. Cheers, Peter R ----- Original Message ----- From: "Peter L.
