Dear List, Thank you to all those that offered to check the Burke Museum for me in respect of availability of the books. Given the price, which I believe is $60, unfortunately the budget for things genealogical is a bit thin at the moment. I am trying to finish off my Mother's fathers family, Fogarty's (from good Irish Catholic stock, hence many many children) and saving to go for two months in England, Scotland and Ireland in October/Nov, wandering around graveyards and churches. It may have to wait until my next months allowance comes through. The response is much appreciated, and if there are none left, it will be my fault. Re the Football, just glad to see that the Wilberforces obviously opted for the more "genteel" sports. They must have done some mining during the football season.
