Thanks to everyone who replied to my request for help, I have been away from my email for the past couple of weeks so here are the details. John PEARSE later changed to PEARCE, married Mary Elizabeth HART October 18th 1860 at Tarrawingee, on the M/cert he gives his birthplace as Albury, his occupation as Stockman, aged 21, living at Oxley, his father as John PEARSE, Stock-keeper. I am unable to find any record of his birth or anything to do with his father. Kerry has suggested looking in Church records NSW, this may turn up something, please advise where do I look for them. His mother's name is given as only "Mary aboriginal no surname"I have not been successful in finding anything about her at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and regards to all, Zola
