Hi Zola I was just thinking that the date you mentioned is early for Victoria or NSW registered birth records, for example John Batman was only exploring Port Phillip and the Yarra in 1835 and later in that year a land route was established from Sydney to Melbourne, and Melbourne wasn't named until 1837 and didn't exist in any functioning way until the 1840's. You may have to look under church records NSW for this date.
