    3. Hello Shelley, I would be most interested in the article from the Wang Chronicle, my mother went briefly to Edi school and her family worked in the area. Please advise how we can get a copy of the book. 3. Hi Zola, Could you tell me what timeframe it was for your mother at Edi school, and her maiden name, as I had several cousins attend this school. I didn't attend Edi, but Moyhu about 6 miles closer to Wangaratta. If you wish I could have your name put on the list of early purchasers, I have known the author since early teens, (only a few years ago) and see him quite often. We both live in Wangaratta. Cheers Ray. ----- Original Message ----- From: Zola Ortenburg <zolaortenburg@bigpond.com> To: <AUS-VIC-HIGH-COUNTRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, August 30, 2004 11:30 AM Subject: Re: [HC] Book Launch re: Edi History 1850 - 2002 > Hello Shelley, > I would be most interested in the article from the Wang Chronicle, my mother > went briefly to Edi school and her family worked in the area. 3. Hello Ray, My mothers name was Ella (Nell) BEACH, she came from a large family Ivy, George, Olive, Gladys, Doris, Henry (Roy) & Allison. The eldest born 1811 with the youngest 1911. My grandfather William grew tobacco, but I don't know if he had his own farm. They were all born in the Edi, Moyhu, Wangaratta area. Their father was William BETSCH, (Albury) however my grandparents marriage/cert shows the name as BEACH. I would appreciate you ordering me a copy of the book, let me know the cost including postage and I will forward a cheque. Many thanks, Zola ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joan" <joanmck@cv.quik.com.au> To: <AUS-VIC-HIGH-COUNTRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, September 01, 2004 9:36 PM Subject: Re: [HC] Book Launch re: Edi History 1850 - 2002 > Hi Zola, > Could you tell me what timeframe it was for your mother at Edi > school, and her > maiden name, as I had several cousins attend this school.
