Alpine Adviser 21-6-1901 Eliza Kinsmore obituary After a long illness Mrs Kinsmore, wife of Mr John Kinsmore, of Roberts Creek succumbed on Sunday, death taking place at the residence of her daughter (Mrs. H.Clark) at Wandiligong. The deceased lady was one of the earliest colonists, having arrived in Victoria 48 years ago, and for nearly the whole of that time she resided in the Bright district, where she was widely known and greatly esteemed for her many excellent qualities. Her husband and a large family of sons and daughter (most of whom are married) survive her. The funeral took place on Tuesday at the Bright cemetery and was largely attended. The Rev. J. Leslie read the burial service of the Wesleyan Church at the grave.
