Yack Times 25-12-1903 Board of Advice Concert .............To vary the proceedings three recitations were taken, then 3 songs. Miss Ida Ramsay gave a task to the other to beat her rendition of "Grandfathers Spectacle". Miss Pearl Dunstan kept up the interest by reciting very nicely "Baby in Church". Miss M. Welshman gave "When I was at a party" and did it so well that the general opinion was "the judge will have his work cut out with those three".
Thank you Ronda Molle (Mary Muter) Welshman would have only been 8 then. She went on to become a teacher, who taught to travel. Every two or three years she would up stumps and travel as long as her money would last - all over the globe. When I knew her she was a tiny little lady full of mischief and brightness - a pleasure to know. My mother-in-law, Molle's niece, will be delighted with this piece.
