Letter from Bert Waterson (son of William Waterson & Annie Folster) to his cousin John Blewett Belgrave Thur 21-9-1922 Dear Jack, Received you welcome letter today. Yes Jack, we heard about poor Jean & I asked you & your Mother, Father and the girls to accept our deepest sympathy & I hope that your mother has greatly improved by this, now doubt it would be hard on her, being so ill herself at the time. Well Jack I am still on road work here, it is about all there is in the lone of work about this locallity, we will be about another month on the job we are at now & then I suppose it will mean a shift, but I think we will still be with the same man. I would just as soon be about Old Yack myself as here, although there is plenty of life in this little town. Will ring off with kind regards to Emmy & self, Yours sincerely, Cousin Bert
