Morning Denise I am pretty sure I have seen this name in 'my travels'. Can you pin point his death date rather then just the year? If so, easy for me to look thru CC for you for any death report. If not, I can trudge my way thru 1918..... Thanks, but only when the films come out again D ----- Original Message ----- From: "Christine" <wildmob@dodo.com.au> To: <AUS-VIC-HIGH-COUNTRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, October 24, 2004 9:25 AM Subject: Re: [HC] CHESNEY > Morning Denise > > I am pretty sure I have seen this name in 'my travels'. > > Can you pin point his death date rather then just the year?> If so, easy > for me to look thru CC for you for any death report. > If not, I can trudge my way thru 1918..... > > Chris > > > On Sunday, October 24, 2004, at 08:47 AM, Denise wrote: > >> Good morning. >> >> I'm looking for family connections to the family CHESNEY. >> >> I don't have much to go on really but Robert Chesney died in 1918 in >> Fernvale near Tallangatta. Hi Chris, There is a locality out between benalla and Thoona area known as Chesney. No township, just a farming area. Cheers Ray. ----- Original Message ----- From: Christine <wildmob@dodo.com.au> To: <AUS-VIC-HIGH-COUNTRY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, October 24, 2004 9:25 AM Subject: Re: [HC] CHESNEY > Morning Denise > > I am pretty sure I have seen this name in 'my travels'. > > Can you pin point his death date rather then just the year? > If so, easy for me to look thru CC for you for any death report. > If not, I can trudge my way thru 1918..... > > Chris > > > On Sunday, October 24, 2004, at 08:47 AM, Denise wrote: > > > Good morning. > > > > I'm looking for family connections to the family CHESNEY. > > > > I don't have much to go on really but Robert Chesney died in 1918 in > > Fernvale near Tallangatta.
