    3. Could someone on the list please enlighten me. One of my rellies died in 1876 and according to their death certificate are buried in the "new cemetery, Melbourne". Do i take it the so called "new cemetery" was"Melbourne General Cemetery", Carlton.? Norm.

    3. Hi Norm, I think that you will find that the NEW Melbourne Cemetery is Fawkner I was told by the Girl at the Melbourne General cemetery just a few weeks back as we were there in June.
