Hi to all, I would be most grateful if some kind person could give me some guidance please. My father was born in Ballarat on July 12th 1893. I got this information from his WW1 record. At the time he joined up his mother was living in Launceston, Tasmania. I would like to find anything I could about his time in Ballarat but simply haven't a clue where to look. Could someone please point me in the right direction. (I know the names of his parents and siblings). The only other 'catch' is that I am totally dependent on the computer for information as I have mobility problems and am housebound. Thank you to anyone who can help. Liz in New Zealand.
