My grandfather, Const. John Clifford was the watchhouse keeper in Ballarat at the time of his untimely demise in 1902. I will be in the area about 13th to 17th November this year and was wondering is the watchhouse is still standing and if it could be visited. Anybody? Terry Clifford

Hello Terry, Ballarat have a new Police Complex, the old unit was in Camp Street & only part of ot is still standing.
