I am trying to match up an old map found at http://www.nla.gov.au/apps/cdview?pi=nla.map-nk2456-303-sd with a current location at the junction of Bullock Creek and Fletchers Creek. The map shows the Village of Marong, Bullock Creek in 1855. My interest is in the paddock and yards shown on the map. My g/g/mother, Ellen MAGINNIS d. Fletchers Creek 1861. Her husband was a hutkeeper. She was buried at Bullock Creek Cemetery. I am not sure how many sheep/cattle paddocks there were in the area, but this seems a possibility. Could someone please direct me to a map that shows the exact spot where the paddock and yards were? Also, is there much left of the Bullock Creek Cemetery? Headstones?
