Hi Penelope - Sorry about the connection you have with the family name in Ballarat- I have been down that path, and can find no connection - My husband's grandfather came from the village of Bodyke in County Clare, arrived in Australia in 1861 - same year as Burke and Wills set out on their ill fated journey north. To date, I have not been able to connect him with any other Hussey family in Australia. But, as always, we keep on trying - Good luck. Pat.
