My interests in the Ballarat/Clunes area are intertwined: Pheobe White Watson m Arthur Pickford 1915 Clunes Children Queenie Constance (still living in Clunes) and Horace David. Arthur Pickford was Lord Mayor of Ballarat and licensee of a hotel in Ballarat, I think it was named the "Town Hall". Would love more details on Arthur. He created the Mosaic House on Lake Wendouree and all proceeds went to the Salvation Army after admiring their sterling job with the soldiers in WW1.
