Keith, seems to be a bit quiet in response to your query. I had a quick look and drew a blank with both the deaths of Charles Brown and his wife Jane Brown. I did find their 6 possibly 7 children (5 born Whroo and 2 in Melbourne). A total of 3 children died young, and interestingly I couldnt find any marriages for the living children. Perhaps the family moved to another state after 1867. Interestingly I did find a brother for Charles- Henry Edward Brown who died in Eaglehawk, Victoria in 1895 (5272) aged 74 years. His parents were Henry Brown and Mary Bailey. Let me know what other responses may have turned up. Hi Peter :) I answered Keith offlist, I should've done that onlist, ooops!! I DID find Charles' death I think, but I had no luck with Jane's unfortunately! :( With what you've found below, this fits in as Charles' death anyway! Here's the death entry I found for Charles anyway, which has a different Christian name, hence the difficulty finding it ... Digger - Death Index. Victoria 1921-1985 Surname: BROWN Given Names: John Charles Father: Brown Edward J Mother: Mary Anne BAILEY Death Place: CORR Age: 81 Age Code: Year: 1968 Reg Number: 20300 Event: D I might go have another browse through my CDs later if I have time, see if I can't find anything else for Keith now you've found some siblings and children! :D Take care, Rob.
