Hi Margaret, Not 100 % sure about baptisims and burials but I have had success writing to the Archivist and managed to get a copy of a marriage certificate for my gt gt grandparents in 1866. I believe there was a $ 25 dollar "Archivist fee". The information was very similar to the civil certificate, but I was able to decifer parents names which was impossible on the Civil cert. In the letter that returned, the Archivist mentioned he didn't normally include a copy of their record, only a transcription, but as the names were hard to read he did send me a copy as well.
