There are three possible marriages in Victoria - he would have been fairly young in all of them. I have rejected several more which would have had him younger. It is unlikely that he married aged 12 for example. Note there are four entries, but two are obviously the same marriage - they have amended the bride's surname. You might find him interstate perhaps. Births cut out for privacy reasons well before this man married so I can't help you with children at all. You might be able to deuce them from deaths and marriages, but good luck! Others might be able to help you from electoral rolls, newspapers etc. I will now have a look at the deaths to see if I can pick him up there.... well, not precisely.
