I know this is off-topic, sadly Vista has been forced upon you, if you have the resources, re-format whatever computer you are using back to XP, that's the easiest and simplest way. Forget the sales peoples waffle and hype, either don't upgrade or if hardware purchases force you to get Vista find a real computer person [a professional] and downgrade. As easy as that - "Poof", the problem goes away. Don in Melbourne. Please don't respond on-list as to the virtue's of Vista, it's honestly a waste of time and not a genie issue.
