Hello Denis, We are so lucky in this country, to have very informative death certificates. Unlike the UK, the place of burial is listed, along with the name of the undertaker, and, much much more! I am afraid you will have to purchase a death cert. to get this information. Of course you will have also have to have some idea of when she died. If you have already searched BMD and unable to find a death under 'Knight' then she may indeed, have changed her name.
