Hi List Edwin Reuben & Margaret CARPENTER lived in Ballarat between 1856 -1859 . They had a daughter, Alice Leslie b there 22 Aug 1856 to after 23 Oct 1858 when a 2nd daughter, Amelia Jane was born. On both certs E Reuben's occupation states farmer ???. By 1861 they were up in Rockhampton and between 1862 - 1864 E Reuben spent 300 pounds buying 3 blocks of land Did he make a motzer as a farmer or find gold in Ballarat ?????????????
