Hi all, Is there anyone out there researching the Guy family in Bendigo around 1870? I'm trying to prove (disprove) a name change. John Alfred GUY (b1843 Essex) m Anne Marie MERVYN m Bendigo 1864. Disappeared around 1875 when his wife and small child came back from NZ. John GUY (1808-1887) and Elizabeth CANNON (1811-1882) - parents of John Alfred. Died in Bendigo. Also researching the THOMPSON family (Adelaide & James) and their children - Christiana, Louisa Josephine, Wilhelmina, Robert. I have BDM records for these people, but I am looking for others who may be able to shed some light on some mysteries. TIA! Kathryn Black
